Before anything gets built we map the current workflow, find the slowest or most annoying step, and decide the smallest useful version. If a custom tool is not the right answer, I will tell you that instead of selling you one.

I am not here to sell you AI magic or a platform you do not need. I build from the workflow backwards: what happens now, where the time goes, and what a useful first version actually is.
My sweet spot is small builds with clear jobs — tools that save time, organise the mess, connect the boring bits, and make the day-to-day feel less clunky.

You get a fixed price and a delivery date before anything starts, not an estimate that drifts. If what I build is not doing what we agreed it would, you owe me nothing and you keep the work.
Before you overthink it

Most good builds start as a slightly embarrassing sentence like “I keep doing this manually and it is driving me mad.”
How long does it take?
Most first versions land in two to three weeks. Smaller jobs are often a few days. You get a fixed date before anything starts rather than an estimate that keeps moving.
What does it cost?
A fixed price up front, once I understand the job. Small builds are considerably less than people expect, and if I think the thing is not worth building yet, I will tell you.
What if I only have a rough idea?
That is usually the best place to start. Tell me what is annoying, what you are doing manually, and what you wish happened instead. I will help turn that into a clear first version.
Do I need to understand the tech?
No. You need to understand the problem, not the stack. I handle the technical choices and explain the trade-offs in plain English.
What can you build?
Small web apps, AI tools, internal dashboards, workflow automations, API integrations and MVPs. The common thread is that it needs a clear job and a real person using it.
What if the idea is too complex?
Then we reduce it. Most complex ideas have a smaller first version hiding inside them. If it genuinely needs a bigger team, or is not worth building yet, I will say so.
